Raad trekt grens tussen B&B Home en B&B Inn
Geplande indeling van B&B’s met maximaal 4 kamers en B&B’s tot en met 12 kamers komt op 20 november a.s. in een hoorzitting ter sprake.
The Polk County Board of Commissioners this week set a public hearing for Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m. to hear comments on proposed text amendments to allow small bed and breakfasts in the county’s RE-1 zoning district.
The amendments include dividing bed and breakfasts into two categories: B&B inns and B&B homes. A B&B inn would be defined as having no more than 12 guest rooms and a B&B home would be defined as having no more than four guest rooms.
